IronNet Cybersecurity - President, Operations and Training Division
Brett Williams is the President of the Operations and Training Division of IronNet Cybersecurity. IronNet is developing a cybersecurity technology based on anomaly detection, behavioral modeling and big data analytics. Brett cofounded IronNet after a 33-year Air Force career most of which was spent as a fighter pilot flying the F-15C. Brett spent his last five years on active duty in the cybersecurity and IT field. His final assignment was as the Director of Operations at U.S. CyberCommand where he was responsible for the operations and defense of DOD networks. Brett provides executive-level cybersecurity awareness and education through his speaking engagements and in his role as a Board Advisor for the National Association of Corporate Directors. In addition, he has appeared several times on national television as a cybersecurity expert.
Datto – Disaster Recovery Expert
Eric Torres joined Datto, Inc. as Channel Development Manager in March of 2015. Prior to joining, he ran the Datto sales, operations, and business practices for a successful 65 person managed service provider out of Milwaukee, WI. There, he was a member of the Datto Advisory Board and had given peer to peer presentations at several industry events, sharing his knowledge and expertise on business continuity. Recently named to CRN Magazine’s “100 People You Don’t Know, But Should” list, Eric brings his passion for business continuity and the managed service provider community to this role, and focuses on supporting the Datto Partner Community in growing their business.
DocuWare Group – President
Thomas Schneck started his career at KPMG in Frankfurt before joining DocuWare in 1990 overseeing all sales. Thomas’ focus continues to be the development of DocuWare’s global partner network. Thomas resides in the U.S. in the New Windsor office.

Patrick Layton is the Vice President of Managed IT Services at Impact. His eighteen years of expertise in Managed IT include Network and Systems Administration for enterprise level companies including UPS, government organizations, and several dotcom startups. Since joining the team at Impact in 2014, Patrick has created an entire Managed IT department and full-service MSP program from the ground up that includes 60 dedicated IT professionals in all Impact locations. Patrick was awarded Impact Employee of the Year in 2016 for his significant contributions to the growth of the company.

Rusty James is Sr. Account Manager at Kofax and is responsible for working with Kofax partners to deliver process automation solutions that enable customers to achieve operational efficiencies, competitive advantage, and improved customer engagement. Prior to joining Kofax,Rusty held partner management roles at Ricoh, NCR, Fujitsu, and Visioneer and has over 20 years of experience in Information Capture, Process Automation, and Digital Transformation technologies.

As a creative technologist with an aptitude for business, Vadim Vladimirskiy is the head honcho at Nerdio. He was the key driver behind the evolution of Nerdio, the realization of his vision to democratize IT - making both private and public cloud computing more accessible to all businesses. With over a decade of impressive IT experience and education, Vadim has applied his ever-growing knowledge to many tech roles, one of which was how he met the fellow entrepreneurs who would become his business partners. Though he has run into many skeptics along the way, Vadim persevered to successfully build an innovative, high-growth software business, with a culture that can’t be beat. When he’s not actively pushing the IT envelope, Vadim spends his time at home, with his loving wife and four boisterous kids.

Paul Gettmann is the Director of Product Management at ayfie. In this role, Paul works with ayfie partners and stakeholders to align analytics innovations with company strategies. Paul has more than 15 years of software strategy consulting and product management experience in information retrieval and text analytics for legal, finance, intelligence, and life sciences verticals. At past companies TCDI, ZyLAB, Content Analyst, LexisNexis, and others, Paul has worked with the Am Law 100 and Fortune 500 to bring measurable return on investment to their information retrieval workflows. Paul received his M.S. in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Impact - Senior Solutions Architect
Jon has been an information architecture expert since 1993. In 1995, he developed a content management system for fledgling e-commerce sites before sites like Amazon became a household name. In 1999, Jon helped found a startup and oversaw a team of over 30 people, with outlets in New York City, Los Angeles, Austin, Amsterdam, and Japan. In 2002, he began working with the Borchew Design Group, where he first came in contact with Impact. Borchew Design Group was acquired by Impact in 2007, and Jon officially joined the Impact team, bringing his years of experience and insight into the company. During his tenure at Impact, Jon has made significant contributions in network infrastructure, information architecture, security, and business continuity.
CloudJumper - Chief Technology Officer
Drew Walz leads the long-term technology strategy for CloudJumper, with the goal of bringing continuous innovation to the company’s Cloud Workspace® solution and the WaaS market. He started his career at CloudJumper (and its preceding sister company) more than 14 years ago. As the company grew, so did Drew’s skillset and his role, from tier 1 support staffer to now CTO. In 2015, he led the team that retooled CloudJumper’s WaaS solution from a Citrix-based platform to native RDS. This project also oversaw the transition of all company systems and customers from its self-hosted data center to public cloud IaaS; the project was instrumental in the success that CloudJumper has achieved over the last three years. Drew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Evansville, and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. As a way to continue to nurture his love of food and cooking, Drew and his family are transforming their suburban yard into a mini urban farm.

Michael DeGeorge is a Producer for Rosenthal Bros., Inc. specializing in Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Sales. With over eight years of experience and 30+ direct companies, his focus is to identify the most competitive carriers for his insured’s while focusing on the broadest coverages available.
HP - Print Security Technical Consultant
For over the past 20+ years, Steve has focused on educating the IT Industry on the ever changing hardware and software solutions available. As the HP Print Technical Consultant, his role is to educate on the importance of security in layers. Making sure printers are recognized as a potential end point avenue of attack for hackers, and the solutions available to protect them.
Travelers Insurance - Account Executive
Jennifer Fortier is an Account Executive Officer at Travelers Insurance, where she started in 2005. Jennifer works with both Private and Non Profit companies on Management Liability Lines. Jennifer fosters relationships with agents and brokers to facilitate placement of Employment Practices Liability, Directors and Officers, Fiduciary, Crime, Kidnap and Ransom, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, and Cyber Insurance for their clients by thoroughly underwriting and being a trusted advisor for policy review, coverage knowledge, and marketplace conditions.
Jennifer is also the Regional Expert for Employment Practices Liability and assists in training and education for new hires.
Cisco Meraki - Practice Launch Specialist for End Point Management
Alicia is the Practice Launch Specialist for End Point Management at Cisco Meraki, where she trains organizations on why it is important to manage, monitor, and secure corporate devices or any end device participating on your corporate network. Alicia has worked with businesses of all types and sizes, educating best practices around security at the end device level. She helps businesses understand the importance of security for end points, and how Meraki Systems Manager can help protect your business and its assets from the misuse of corporate end devices or even external network threats. Alicia joins us from San Francisco, California. She has been in the tech industry for over 8 years, having sold healthcare software for Intuit and was part of the greater Meraki sales team before taking on her current role as the End Point Management for SM.

Tom Pieters is a 20-year veteran of the office technology industry. He oversees all sales operations throughout Impact. Through the implementation of his sales strategies and initiatives, Impact has seen consistent 27% year-over-year growth since its founding in 1999.
Impact - Director of Security, Managed IT
Jeff has been a member of the Impact Managed IT department since 2015. In that time, he has implemented numerous solutions for clients as an engineer, documented and refined internal processes as a DevOps Architect and defined high-level security practices and procedures as the Managed IT Director of Security. He is the creator of and primary contributor to the Managed IT Knowledge Base and has implemented several custom solutions which allow Impact’s Managed IT team to remain agile and effective. Jeff was named the 2017 Managed IT Employee of the Year, and is currently focused on the refinement and implementation of the SecureCare program.
Impact - Director of Service, Managed IT
Currently Impact’s Managed IT Director of Service, Alexander has close to a decade of professional IT experience in the technical, advisement and management sides of the industry. At Impact since January 2016, Alexander has held and helped define the vCIO, Business Development Specialist, Project Manager and Branch & District Manager positions, and is a member of the Leadership Team which sets department standards, goals and expectations to align with the overall goals of Impact. He was named the 2016 vCIO Employee of the Year, and is currently involved in the definition and rollout of both the Impact Service Desk and Impact SecureCare to expand the support options available to current and prospective Impact clients.
